Spider monster code?
I subscribed but got no code, tried again a few days later and still, no code :c Halp pls

Same for me. I suscribed when it first came out. Now that the game has updated a lot, decided to play again, resuscribed with another email and still no code...
Same, just subscribed and got no code so far, just an email that the code would arrive "soon". I thought you send these out automatically and not manually.

After I subscribed, I got a e-mail.

It said:
You will receive this exclusive monster soon.

So... We wont have it for now as it said to be?
There is no so call redeem code there.

Maybe make people less confusing would be a good idea:
We will have the redeem code soon, but not now.
Am I right?

You should all receive another mail containing the code after confirming your e-mail with the first one you received. We're currently trying to change the process to have the code in the confirmation e-mail to prevent issues with players not receiving the mail for the code.

I did get a second mail after I confirmed the subscription. But the second mail just says "You'll receive your exclusive monster soon". There is no code in that mail, no matter if I view it in my mail program or the browser.

I tried 3 different email addresses so far and the result is always the same.

sooo do i unsubscribe then subscribe again? the second mail dosnt give anything apart from the "you'll receive your exclusive monster soon!"
Just dont want to miss out on the monster with the problems i'm having and seeing others have.

I have the same problem. I tried it for the third time and never received an e-mail with the code. I waited not even 24 hours, but several days. I would love to be able to play with a new creature someday, especially since the game is phenomenal.
This is a little weird when I subscribed from the ingame menu I just got the confirmation mail, confirmed and got a message thanks for subscribing to the newsletter. No message about a monster for some days. So I tried a second email via the link on the steam page... same thing :/ Guess I am doing this wrong ?
