i look all over from reddit and stuff and still dont know where to go to upgrade a crib can someone help

ok i dose say after i get the bdsm club witch you cant go in after the done the missons in there

They're the 3 one from each gang (Club, Casino and NPP) you gotta enter it then the Y menu to Upgrade them for moneys.
