Ye I thought I was going insane, why the hell doesn't he have one by default?
The attack where he hits an enemy with nunchaks and they are thrown into the air is a high attack.
So what the hell are Liu Kang players supposed to so if say they are using a variation without an overhead?
Get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I guess lol. There's a reason the characters who have high/low mixups are top tier while those who don't are straight ass. Kotal and D'vorah are considered bad while Erron Black, Geras, and Jax see a good amount of play in tourneys thus far.
+like everybody he has OH/Low mixup with his jumps (enemy has to guess if he will attack from the air or immediately go low after landing).
+Like evrybody he deals chip damage.
Given how hard it is to lock him down and how easy time he has locking down others he can just keep dealing chap damage and watch how enemies health melts.
and dont forget all characters have HOP attacks, which are all overhead
because this is a character of strength, hard-to-react kicks, and powerful stances
