there is a hack that allows you to play the Nicol Bolas deck that I've seen a youtube video of someone playing. That has a Mox Sapphire in it.

I don't think so - that deck would break the balance that exists now, which, while not perfect, is fairly successful in encouraging a lot of deck diversity. The Bolas deck would very easily destroy that.

Some people may have hacked it to unlock the deck but not many have so I don't see it as a huge problem.

if you bring in more decks like that it ruins what the online game is made for, i mean all the decks are fairly balanced minus mana mastery which is pretty broken, the only way to shurely beat it is with land destruction.

True, But in any given game and any deck a lot of luck is involved. I know of a few flaws in mm, all depend on how YOU play. Sure the balance is perfect, But how much FUN is it?
