I think you need to log into your Games for Windows or Windows live account. Not 100% sure thats the problem you are having but I am having the same problem and I remimber it saying I needed to log into windows games live.

OK This is what I did. I uninstalled Games for windows. Then I reinstalled it and its working now. I did have to log into my account. And load the profile for the game. But it did that auto.

how do i connect in game for windows live .. i have an account and im logged in .. but its dosent work ..
