Can't go past the server login attempt screen, wtf. Why does this game need to ping to a server when I wanna just play some freestyle?

as soon as i clicked on the trailer it hit me... how can they make such decisions? it looked so boring. im always hyped for new stuff in this game but this seems like they got forced to do this collab.

I'm running 1920x1200, and since there are no in-game options for 16:10 resolutions, I chose the closest being 1920x1080. However, the problem is that in Fullscreen mode, the game stretches the screen vertically instead of adding black bars across the top and bottom. This does not happen in Borderless Window mode. I want to run Fullscreen with bars. Anyone have a fix? I do have Nvidia Control Panel set to Aspect Ratio. Devs: feel free to add 16:10 resolutions, as that would be fantastic. I figured it out...
