Steam / Android Cross-progression?

So, I've been playing the Steam version, and I'm thinking of getting the Android version. Does it have cross-progression? That is, will I have access to everything I do now on Steam on my tablet? And will in-game purchases (Monkey Knowledge etc.) be shared?
