Sound problem

So I started to play the game after a couple of months. When i join the game, i have a sound bug where I hear a very loud noise which sounds like a compressor or something like that. And i can not change the volume in the settings. I started a new game because i thought it might be a corrupted and old savegame. In the beginning, the sounds were fine but when i enter the town where my first bus depot is in the first mission, the sound appears again. It is very loud and makes the game unplayable :(

yeah thats the airconditioning outside the houses, the developer known this problem. it will be fixt soon!!!
