Are there game crash issues with players who use AMD graphics cards right now?
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled multiple times, updated any drivers possible, verified my game files and installed both VC redist and the recommended MS .NET framework repair tool and still cannot play the game. The game has downloaded, done its patch and then will launch but upon selecting play it's an instant crash with no way to report it. The only think I can think is that maybe the update/patch wasn't tested on AMD cards, which I feel is unlikely but I have no more ideas. Anyone else having a better time than I am?

Also, this correlates with other people I know who are having the same issue that have AMD cards. Those who use NVIDIA seem to be fine. T_T

I'm able to get in the game, but I'm crashing the moment I try to place a two-lane road. It makes me sad.

hmm I used too have random crashes too desktop, im using AMD. I cleaned out the games folder in Appdata(except saves). Updated drivers, and set a 60 FPS limit in AMD Adrenaline software. it has not crashed in 2-3 days now. Crashed 6+ times a day before. Not sure what part solved it but... thats my tip. Also it solved some mod issues I was having(since it deleted old mods) seems mods updating is bugged.

Thank you I will try cleaning up the Appdata!

Dang, we have very similar set ups. I also have the 7900 XT 32gb, but I have my settings at medium. I have windows 10 though.

I also have a 7900xt, 5800x3d, windows 10, but with 64 GB and 1440 ultra wide. No crashes here unless I enable developer mode. My issue is the homeless bug which kills residential demand, but other than that it's running fine.

I haven't updated to the newest AMD driver though, so maybe that's it?

No problems on my end.

Just re-installed the game this morning. No crashing, just graphics setting had to be tweaked, installed the newest graphics drivers on spec.

Why at medium? you should have more then enough fps on max settings.

If I have my setting on any higher I get this immediate drop in frames, I'm talking 2-4 fps. I am not sure what else to try at this point. I have run performance tests but all I get from that is that my game is running optimally.

I have an AMD 6800. Played twice since patch. Crashed twice.

AMD 7900 XT here and everything is working smoothly when it comes to graphics related topics.

GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX7900 XTX

Had to revert back to the 24.0.9 AMD driver to stop the massive amounts of stuttering. Not sure when the AMD 24.1+ driver will be fixed, but I've narrowed it down to the 24.0.9-24.1 jump that started causing a lot of problems.

Still have periodic crashes (set my autosave time to 2 minutes), but the stuttering went away. It was basically unplayable with the stuttering.
