Disk Write Error.
I'm getting a Disk write error. I can't reinstall or update the game.

Start Steam as administrator and delete download cache, worked for me

sounds like either your disk is full (keep in mind the game is very large in size, you need to have at least 63 GB free + lots of space of temporary installation files) or you don't have write permission on the folder you want to install to..
or more rare, your filesystem is somehow corrupted and the available size being calculated is wrong.

I have about 815GB free..

Fixed it by restarting the PC. Weird though because I updated Enshrouded and finished successfully
