70 fps with the new update

I was already playing well at about 40 fps, with the new patch I'm running at 70fps.

gpu usage on 4090 is now ~92% instead of 98% but i see power draw went down by 50-100 watts, mostly 350w now. fps about same, gamestar 100k citizen save 30-60fps @ 1440p

I don't know, I have a 4070ti, I guess you can play well with some cheaper card.

Yep was averaging 60-67fps, now getting closer to 80fps, granted it's still a small town that I'm doing.
