any chance of implementing Steam Achievements?..thanks you in advance for your time :)

I know this is 1 dollar's indie game, but that is too quiet, at least add some basic 8 bit sound fx, dude. And can make "English" language to first startup language? And that language save is too temporary, play in game and back to main menu still back to "Russian" language......
