Key reading not work

Hi everyone,

i have a bug where everytime i tried to do some heat actions and QTEs that requires you to press multiple keys and sometimes mouse, it has a medium to high chance for the game not to read the keys that i pressed and the mouse that i clicked. Btw, i changed some key map to my prefferable choice (like changing the grab key by using Q key). Any solutions?
