Denuvo does not matter in this case, press builds are without DRM that is added by the publisher. Of course they will find out who did it, and that will be the end of one journalist's career.
Someone being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and breaking the law doesn't magically make us deserve more. Having a day 0 leak (even if on a later port) is a nightmare for a publisher/developer.
Same question every time - go to the store page, you will see the exact number of hours remaining till the release. For me, it's 3PM CEST, that means 14 hours remaining - use the Interwebs to find out the EST equivalent.
