when i start the game the window say no physx even i have that installed

I had the same problem.

You need to uninstall Physx in your control panel, (I had two version Physx and Physx(legacy))
Then you need to install Physx from the executable in the location: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow Harvest\redist

Reboot your system and the problem is gone.

it must be W10 doing it to my game....tried the stock Physx and it still crashes giving the 'create renderer error message...it ran fine on W7 a yr or so ago...never finished the game and going back to it W10 has issues with PhysX...Legacy or the OEM version.
