Nope but the update does come with tons of 4th Anniversary stuff and FFRK music.
There is mods from a user named Yobbo that did at the Gaurdian theme and some other fancy songs to the game.

Hey Zapp! Thanks for pointing some people towards my custom music!

Anyway there are two ways to answer your question. No, if you unlock music through normal means, but they did add the boss theme of King Regis into the game files. All that's left is to rename the corresponding file to a song that is accessible in the game and play the song from there.
Additionally, I have created files to add the Guardian theme as well as the Insomnia theme in my drive Zapp linked above. All the instructions should be there. If you have any questions. Please ask!
