strange glitch

this first happened when i was in the monster bash place, and now it happens when im in the place to destroy the little rc cars.

it seems whenever i get near an explosion that the screen blur never goes away, the game plays fine but it looks blurred and strange and wont go away until i leave the area entirely, by going back into the wasteland,

has this happened to anyone else?
