Is there a way to mod or change weapon/game attributes?
I'm sick of a few things and I really want to change them, but I've never modded anything. I've heard Source is mod friendly so I want to take a shot, with a little guidance.

For example, I'd like to have all types of ammo drop. Certain ammo (The ammo for the double barrel shotgun, or for any of the revolvers) do not drop and I want to allow for that. Any ideas how to make that work? I'll only be playing single player btw

You have a chance to make ammo drop for the weapon you used to kill a NPC. It doesn’t work if you didn’t unlock the weapon you use.

Few time ago we discovered there is a bug with the ammo drop for the Betty and the 222. It will be fixed in the next update. Other weapons have been checked and work fine. But feel free to tell us if you find any other issue.

Concerning the modding possibility as we don’t released the source code, you will mainly be able to create new maps (we have provides a SDK and a manual in the modding subfolder of eye) or modify existing models.

Oh thank you. It's good to hear there are still updates being worked on. Any idea when they will be released?

Also, I'm level 78 or something, and I've unlocked all weapons. I don't think it's really a matter of me unlocking more weapons for ammo drops.

Other than that, the only thing I would want to change is the inventory size for the CAW Hammer from 8 boxes to 6 boxes. It was obviously meant to have a stock that can move and fold. The body of the shotgun itself can EASILY fit on a leg, so it's silly that the fact that the stock stays extended keeps it from being made a leg weapon.
More than updates we are working on a free DLC to add some team death match features. Concerning the release, I can’t say anymore.

Concerning the CAW, it will stay in this way. It’s a powerful weapon and it would break some balance of the game to change it.
