I re-install this game and...
I get an Engine Error. "Couldn't allocate any server IP port."

Can I get an explaination as to why I get this error right after installing? When trying to start a single-player game?

i get the same error, i cant either start the game

It could be due to a firewall, please be sure to add eye.exe in its trusted list.

If it does not fix the issue, go to steam/steamapps/common/eye folder.

Right click on eye.exe->properties->compatibility->Check Run as administrator.

Validate and run the exe to see if it helps.
