This Metroidvania might not be the most complex or have the biggest world but boy is it a blast to play through! Discovering the new powerups and switching between all the different sections with their unique gameplay style is really cool!
The art style is reminiscent of Gameboy games with its use of only two colors and I think the designs are very cute.

On top of the initial playthroughs, trying to beat the Speedrun and Sequence Break achievements was a whole lotta fun!

In short, I love this game, PLAY IT!!

Finished Gato robotto today! If you are looking for a fun 4h super metroid like experience with super tight gameplay and some funny moment, I really recommend this game!!

This game is a hidden gem. Its Cat Metroidvania wearing its Metroid inspired themes on its sleeve. If you haven't played it and you're looking for something to quickly finish over the weekend I would wholeheartedly suggest playing Gato Roboto.
