is it possible to restart Sanctum from the very beginning.

I del the save file within steam folder,even though i can start a new game i still have certain unlocks and monster unlocked.
So is there a way i can fully start from the beginning?
As it's been a long time i'v played this i would like to start again from the very beginning with no unlocks.

I asked the same question, and even wrote steam with no success. No reply on forum, and steam just told me to contact them, bah.
