HOw do I beat this thing?
I've gotten into the room with the reproducing monster. Its about the third room from the beginning. I'm using everything on him but making no progress. How can I beat this thing?

Is it the Helltime Hunter? If so, use the Grabber gun.

Use the grabber and strike the hunter with the blue plasmas projecting from the sides
