Does this have the attached flashlight to the weapons, or is this regular -- having to alternate between light and weapon?

It's the regular version. If you want attached lights, you'll have to install a mod.

I think the seperated light adds a little difficulty not usually found in FPS'ers

Yeah, it's much harder because this game is DARK. There are parts where you get ambushed and you can't SEE any of them until you either put your gun away or they attack you. I got used to it pretty quickly when the Imps continued to claw at me when they got close enough.

Separated light is an unique feature of D3 and I like it very much.
