Ghostly Blue Legs and Black Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle in the Private Dance and Table Dance. No cash to flash.
I feel like I need to call Ghostbusters to blast those ghostly blue legs sitting on the couch when I stand up. When I am sitting down, the partial covering Black Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle that have no body in them. I have no body and no arms, but I do have these Black Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle on.

The blue ghost legs with no body in it is very distracting. It seems odd that am playing a room scale game while looking at my ghostly blue legs underneath the stripper. I think "The Team" needs to reinstall the "Optional Legs" feature during the private dance. When I stand up, I don't want to feel like I am being watched by the blue ghost in the room.

The Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle is just silly and brings down the quality of the game. I am forced to look at the inside of a pair of thigh high leggings with a belt buckle attached to the top while I am trying to enjoy a dance and check out the woman dancing. I can barely see the dancer on the other side of my black pantyhose. This is killing the immersion because I never wear black pantyhose. I don't wear Black Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle when I go the strip club and ask for lap dances.

Why I am at a strip club with no cash in my hand? I am at the VR Paradise Strip Club with No Cash, Ghostly Blue Legs, and Black Thigh High Leggings with a Belt Buckle.

There has been feedback on the change made to force the legs to show during a dance, which I agree is a step backward from the previous release.

The cash was removed in the latest update, presumably to make way for the new menu system. A few players have expressed their disappointment with this as well.

Unfortunately, the changes were made in the latest update, so hopefully they will be reverted soon based on feedback.

That said, it's up to the developer.

I'm not a tech guy....but I mean I get it if the coding of the game would break if they made it so the legs disappear, like how sometimes coding wise theres a domino effect where if the legs are allowed to disappear it then breaks something else in the game, but lacking that, come on, just make an ON OFF like everything should be.
No @INTOWN. Nothing will break. It's just that the team didn't want the girl "hovering in the air" during some animation sequences, as the animations rely on the legs for that.

I get it. It's a creative choice, but honestly I see no reason they couldn't leave it up to the player. I mean, by all means, leave legs ON by default, but give the player the option to turn them off entirely if they wish.

I want the girl to hover, so she can hover over my face. I can't get a face dance with the pants blinders. This is not #MeToo, it's a freaking video game. Can I get my face danced on in VR? Did the VR Stripper Union decide I can't get a face dance in VR? It's VR, can I have a little fun?

No face dances and no cash flashing because #MeToo has made it to VR. Next there will be this neon sign that says "Don't touch the girls" and then I will know I am at a strip club. This must be a big joke to make VR Paradise more like real life where I have no cash with a limited view.

You need to check you advertisement on Steam. It says "Seated" and "Room-Scale". The Team probably need to change the advertisement on Steam so everyone is aware that your game is seated only. Why on earth would you make a game for Vive and Rift that is seated only. Check the Steam store advertisement, it needs to be changed.

I am one of the few people who has actually completed the 100 private dances achievement. That happened because I liked the game. I had the club as my startup home location. Now we have blinders, I can't even enjoy my floor seat anymore.

Thanks for ruining the game. I wish I could get a refund, but I can't because I did fully enjoy the version that I purchased. This new version is no where close to the fun of the previous version.

I remember a time last week before the update that I could flash cash and take the cash into the private dance. Flutter the dancer all over her body with the cash in my hand, while getting my face danced on. Those were the good days of having fun in VR Paradise before the update.
Now I wear black pants, have no cash, and sit up straight for my lap dances. No more fun in the champagne room. I now must have the experience how "The Team" wants me to enjoy it and not how I want to enjoy it.

VR Paradise is now a proper, boring stiff neck strip club. Now after the update, I must sit up straight in my chair, wear proper pants, and no flashing cash.

I hate to get all whiny about this, but I honestly cant understand some of their decisions.
they have to understand why men get into these games.

its not a difficult concept. they have created great looking women...and realistic movements...but they dont seem to understand we need options to take things to the next level...its all about view angles.

alot of us cant do our business if we are denied freedom of view with no obstructions in relation to the women. look...you guys created the club and did a fantastic job. but give us control over the view angles, get rid of obstructions to views and have control over the womans movements. I can do that even now with a game that looks half as good as this,I think its called 80's VR dance. you can control the dance moves the female dancers make. just have a editor open up when doing a table or private dance. let us pick their movements.

I just tried to play the game again and I can't get into it the same. I am feel like my face is on the front of crotch and I have knee caps for shoulders. I hate waiving down the women with hands and no money in it. I feel like I am waiving down a taxi or asking for a drink at a night club. I feel am at a game trying to waive over the cheerleaders so they can throw me a shirt. "Hey hey, I am over here, can I have dance" and no money in my hand. "Me want dance, I have no money". Then she starts dancing and realizes that I have a belt buckle for a neck tie and knee caps for shoulders. I have a black pants jacket on with shoe gloves. This is the after-update life in VR Paradise.

Ok guys. Please calm down. Your tone is coming over more than just a little aggressive. I'm sure that's not your intent.

Firstly, I'm just a volunteer here. I don't work for Totem. In fact, I try my best to represent players to the development team. I'm constantly giving them feedback from here on the forums. I try very hard to be the voice of the customer, and to tell it like it is. I have given them very direct feedback about these changes, and also referred them to your posts.

I spoke to one of the developers last night, and told them again that people aren't happy about these changes. At this point however, I've not had any promises about reverting them. Not that it won't happen, just I don't have any information on if or when right now.

That said, I have to agree with you. The legs thing is a step backward. It was, and always should be, optional.

As for the cash, the good news is that it's not gone for good. I can't say much right now, but I can tell you this is a temporary change to prepare for something much bigger that I know people will really like.

The developer also told me about a bunch of new and exciting things they are working on, and these are heavily based on what players have requested. I've personally curated a list of every request here on the forums and shared it with the team, and I constantly keep it up to date. They are well aware of what players want, and are doing everything they can to bring that to reality.

These are very significant features, and will take a while to be released. For that reason, I've asked them again to share regular updates about their progress when they can. I have a direct connection to their marketing team, so I will keep asking for that.

Now.

Sometimes the shortest path between two points is not a straight line.

Please remember this is an early access game, built by a very small team.

Trust me. This team are working really, really hard. Both on this game and on their core product, iStripper (which will be released on Steam soon, too).

I am confident they are hearing the feedback, and will respond by updating the game in future.

You could always just rollback to the previous version.

I should note that I dont know what this might do to things like playtime, achievements etc, so use at your own risk.

That's an interesting workaround. But looks complicated and potentially dangerous to me!

...and again I can only say: THANK YOU! Thanks for being calm with those people who are shouting here what they WANT! Thanks for being patient to tell every time again the same to them....

Maybe with the years of contact to such people my skin is getting thinner....but I notice the less they are able to do for theirselves the more they WANT! It is so boring!

Users! THINK! We are consumers of an offer of Totem! We are not forced to like it - we´re not forced to buy it! If you don´t like it - go to something more matching to your needs! If you think Totem is not able to produce a product you will be happy with - go away! No need to stay at this! I am sure the mass of users will like this program and will pay Totem for developing (!!!) it!
And at everytime you should remeber to this fact: You are not at home sitting there drunken with your friends. You are here in some kind of public. So keep at least a bit of Netiquette herein! Thank you!

I can post my opinion. This is a discussion board for doing just that.

Guys, let's please keep it respectful and not degenerate into an argument. Each is entitled to their opinion if they stay on topic, do it respectfully and in a reasonable tone.

@BigDMoney - it's clear you're unhappy about the recent update, soI hope my reply has made you feel heard. Again, I've passed this feedback on to the team and I am sure they will consider it when preparing the next release.

The kind workaround from @krac should hopefully enable you to revert to a previous version temporarily if you wish (not recommended, but it's up to you).

When I spoke to the team, they indicated the next version may be a little while off now, as they have a lot of different things to work on. Of course, I will continue to update you all as I hear anything more, and will certainly be in touch with the team regularly to check on the progress for the next update.

Thanks everyone for your patience and support.

people get frustrated..and have the right to get heated. .actually...the point to remember in life is alot of times....the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

alot of times there is in fact a difference of how one is treated depending on how much push back is generated.

if everyone just kept calm, its possible they will just steam roll what they want to us. me, personally I hope they listen to us. I mean when you have a bunch of people on point about the same thing...just give in developers I say. make concessions.
@INTOWN every feature we've seen added so far has been a result of the team considering customer feedback.

My point is that reasonable people are more likely to have their voices heard.

Be passionate, by all means. But leave any toxicity at the door.
