Civilization I / 1 on steam.I there a chance?
I would like to see a not crashing, bug free version of Civ 1 on Steam, is there a chance to get the first 2 entries in the series on steam.

Is there a chance?

I would purchase it. Still have my floppy disk version with the manual and tech chart.

At this point, I consider it doubtful that they'll ever bother coughing up this-gen compatible Civ I & II. That would require effort on their part. There's also the little issue where the early civ games have been duplicated more or less entirely by this point, in web browsers at that. They'd be competing with things like FreeCiv, which rather undercuts profit potential when you've got something about equal in function being given away. A full Civ II with all the extra expansion packs, or Civ: Test of Time (which was sort of an upgraded Civ II. Civ 2.5?) could still be viable.
