i got bioshock from steam and i didnt recive the extra items and i didnt recieve any code in my email please help !!!

You have to go get them - Bioshock and XCOM should appear in your library to download/install - TF2 items will be added to your TF2 backpack when you play the game etc

Because retail copies do not come with Steam Store Pre-Purchase Rewards.

Register, then when it asks for CD-key, click Steam instead (there's no separate key for Steam buyers). It should through Steam API send you to Steam's login page, where once you've logged in, it'll give them the details that you own the game pre-ordered, thus allowing you to play the game.

Once you've played it a bit, you should find a CD-key to redeem on Steam under My Rewards on the page.

Both - they ask for your email address & DoB, then they redirect you to the Steam login page so they can verify you pre-purchased Bio-Inf - ASfter you click the link in your email, you're in!
