Bullet travel time or not?
Anyone noticed yet? Do you need to lead shots or not?

We have real projectiles with travel time, not hitscan. Of course, real bullets have high velocities (For Kar98k for example, Initial Bullet Speed is 760 m/s, which means if you have 30fps, it only take 4 frames to travel 100meters, or ~120msec)

I can't tell because I haven't had a long range encounter, where it would become clear, with anyone.
I had a kar98 in the last round. Didn't have to lead my shot (medium range encounter) to land a shot. If that helps.

And bullet drop is there as well?
