FPS drop and freezes
i5 3570
1070ti
16gb ram

In demo I had 70-90 FPS with max settings and FHD, In release have 45-60 with medium presets and freezes when char goes from one room to another. All drivers are updated. Video memory usage in options is incorrect. In my case for example
5 Gb/0.03 Gb

Please help.

Okay, your CPU could indeed be causing issues with a 1070 ti running into limitations.

What is your CPU and GPU usage while playing? And are you on a HDD or SSD?

HDD. I don't understand why demo runs better then release version? Usage will notice later at home

I have the same issue, also installed on my HDD. Demo was on SSD.

its not cause i run smoothe 80-90 with my i5 3570k and a 1060 6gb. sounds like he is running dx12 or just over doing it on settings. his cpu is still a beast

Why is the load of video memory falling? When I charge Spark Shot. The picture is stuttering.

Dude, I'm switching between dx11 and dx12 and there are not kuch differences. I have +5fps with dx11 but still have freezes. I have old version of win10. Can it be root of my problem?

You realize you have a faster CPU with a much slower GPU?

GPU 50-60% and CPU sometimes 100%. In that moments I have fps drop

Your CPU is limiting you GPU and that's what is causing your FPS issues.

You need a CPU upgrade, if you have a z87/97 look for a used 4770k/4790k and OC it. You can also look for non k variants if you don't have a z87/97 motherboard, but i'd recommend a ryzen build at that point.

It might be that old ivy bridge cpu and old and slow ddr3 ram.

Your gpu most likely is being held back by that cpu and ram.

Ok but I don't understand why demo build works perfectly?

Less stuffs to render and load, maybe? and try verifying your game cache.

If DX12 is on, switch to DX11. DX12 is bugged right now.

even on an i5, technically speaking you're cput makes mine look like poo. And yet u got stutters? are you sure you're graphics aren't bottlenecking? it'll be a build thing. Sorry to say.5

the build i'm using, don't actually know why it works as well at it does, but yeah.

AMD FX-8350 (No OC, just stock) - also ur cpu should stamp on this thing.
16GB RAM @ 1600mhz (Hyper x)
Gigabyte 1050 ti (4gb)

I think my graphics and ram are pulling it in, but the game works full 60fps under a 720p settting (this still looks really nice) - but 1080p the limit is reached for this specific build. there's really not a piece of advice i could offer, cause you're machine appears to have better stuff.

*typo sorted
