Just finished the game

The ending was rather... short.. A "ah,... ok" That explained nothing after catching up with this red goddess the 3rd time.
It never explained who we are..
Barely any NPCs to talk with (only the few) which the one on the first level tells us we did something terrible ? What did we do that was terrible ?
Never explained why we could be a ghost and posses people, even posses demons. Left unanswered.
Would of liked to review some cutscenes. I thought the succubus holding us up by her tail and talking ♥♥♥♥ to us was quite badass (from her POV of course). Would of like to watch it again.
I ♥♥♥♥ing hated those octopuses the most. Instant kill things like those are no fun. (thank god I could eventually kill those black walking balls)

To sumerize.
Well I expected more story, Something to tell us who we were. maybe it was just planned as a horror and navgating through hell, A bit more story would of really helped this game.
It was actually kinda nice to have that succubus lead us most of the way. Tho she wasnt really that helpful :p


Well guess im read to try the main purpose why I bought the game, wanna play as a demon. Was just playing the story mode to try understand the lore and stuff.

it was explained in the beginning. You're all sinners sent to hell. As anyone would, you want a way out. The rest of the game deals with how one could do that, and who to trust when figuring that out. That's it. If you want deeper lore, get away from the player character and start looking at the big players in hell. Other than that i would suspect this game was a beginner project and over time was polished to this point. after releasing it twice i would also expect nothing more from this title, but will probably see a branch off from this....say...something with the succubus character?....Hopefully this helped you.

All sinners in hell is a really vague description. We get that part alraedy. We're no Dante with a Grim Reaper scythe. But for some reason we could ghost, and possess, So at the end of the game, it was still.. well I dont know why.. The game was an experience for a trip in hell. Just those elements are jsut things I thought could be done better.

Anyway of thats all there is, then thats all.

All game endings are disappointing. Even when you find 4 angels it is really underwhelming and arbitrary. The best ending is reserved for completing game multiple times, but even when do not expect much in terms of explanation or length.

Well, it all depends on how we see things. For me, the game explained a lot of things, but it is all scattered around the different endings and collectibles.

After watching all endings and reading the comics, you'll get a way better idea of who you are exactly. You're not just anyone... Not just any martyr...

Your soul is powerful, and, as it seens, is in a cycle of reincarnation, getting stronger and stronger as time passes. You're THE one.
That's why you can possess both humans and demons. That's why you get strong enough to dominate the Beast and open the gates of hell.

It is not so explicit, of course, and a lot is left for our imagination, but it is pretty clear that the King knew the Devil, and tried to be God... He created the hell where he finds himself now. The whole empire, lost to sin.
The King, the only one who can finish this... The Queen, waiting patiently...
His servants, all lost. Mad, lusting for both blood and pleasure.

It's been some time since i played the game but as far as i remember, i was really excited when i was able to put most pieces of the story together. There is a good guide explaining how to get all endings, if you didn't finish them all yet.


But not all games are for everyone, and when they try to be, they become generic. Some people will understand and like a game, others will not, and it will always be like this.

For Madmind, as i already said, congrats. For me, the game was really fun to play. I was expecting just gore, horror and p*rn and got a fun gameplay that was really entertaining
