2nd security code

I typed the first one in and it wants the 2nd? I didn't make a second and I could get my account locked already...im so confused.

If you are playing with a completely new account, the game will ask you to set a 2nd password to protect your inventory and characters.

You will have to enter a numerical code with at least 4 numbers. Use the same combination in both fields.

If you are using an old account and you forgot the 2nd password, you can reset it on our website.

Your website is currently down because the servers transfer, how can I change my second code if I forgot it?

Facts. Has'nt even replied or attempted to convey whether or not a solution is being worked on. Just transfered owner ship and its poor management already.
