Salt about that aside, thanks for posting. Will keep an eye out for any update that resolves the above issue and just play something else until then.
Well, new settings were added. See which one is causing a loss in frames. Also look into windowed, borderless, FS is causing an issue for you.
After mucking around with the 1.1 version, this allows me to turn everything to maximum except RT reflections. Normal reflections on medium, volumetric lighting on medium. 3060 gets 100~ to 120 fps in most situations, when before I was working with 75-80 with lower settings.
Yup, this does what I was looking for with the texture streaming fix, looks great!
I don't see it noted, but I feel like reflections got an update as well? Not that I thought they were poor before, but I feel like they weren't quite this detailed...Using DLSS Quality mode

Sweet! Thank you!
Edit: yup, no longer auto toggles HDR on in windows.
The updated RT setting...I'm aware increasing the amount of rays used will impact performance, but damn he's not kidding when saying it's VERY expensive. ~25-30 FPS hit. Will stick with that and HDR disabled for now, with everything else added on.
I updated the OP to reflect the changes. Thanks for letting us know!
1440p. HRD its up to preference. more saturation/colors. not all game work well with it.
HDR gets a bad reputation because some monitors just have awful implementations of it (e.g. HDR at 400 nits is often worse than SDR).
