BLACK SCREEN ISSUE...HOW TO FIX?
The game seems working good but I have always a black screen instead of the videos (audio is working and the menu of choices as well. How can I fix the problem? (apparently the drivers are fine and in the dedicated folder I can see the videos with VLC).

Guys, thanks for posting some things that worked for you to solve this. Although I'm totally happy to pay the developers for extra work to fix any and all issues with the games, this one has eluded them. They say that the sheer variety of possible configurations means that some people will have issues.

Having the same problem when I start the game. It's all black.

I have the same issue for the first game, wich was working good until few days ago...

For now, only fix is to skip video in the place where game crashed / black screen.

Skip is doing fine in my case, but skiping video is not point of this game. Developers must fix this problem

Same problem here, in my case it also makes the game crash right at the intro video. But if i alt+tab in time i can skip it just fine and then play the game like you're describing. It's not the best situation...

Hi everyone, I'll escalate this to the developers and they can investigate and try to solve it. If you didn't have problems with SS1 but did with SS2 then it's something they should be able to fix. @mattiastabile, that's odd, I don't think we issued an update, I'll ask them to look at that in SS1 too when they have time.

i have the same problem my pc specs are: Amd A10-9700 Radeon R7
Amd Radeon R5 M435
