Play on Professional if this is the case, and reserve playing master mode for your more focused, "I'm gonna play this mission exactly this way and finish it in 6 minutes" playthroughs.
If leaderboards are an issue just disable them for custom
I see your point, yeah its gonna take more time to figure out how to deal with the extra guards and cameras and all the other things but thats just how it is man, You dont have to play on master, isnt the only reward the coins and (imo, ugly) suitcase?
I just found the solution to 'can't save' being 'can you not pause?' funny and similar
I don't typically even save unless I'm going for a specific set of challenge completions and want a quick restart spot for branching challenges without a full mission restart, and the majority of those are better done on professional not master
There's an actual casual setting if you want to play casual, or play professional
FFS bypassing the difficulty in master means you dont f@!#$% deserve to be playing on master
