Even though there's no Linux icon on the Steam store page I was just able to play it natively on Pop!_OS, though it's awful. Flickering lights in many places and keyboard icons were displayed instead of a gamepad. Forcing Proton makes the game look a lot better, and DS4 icons are there.

How's the Linux version running for everyone else?

The Linux version of the game is still under development, this is why the store page only shows support for PC. However, there are plans to update the game with a final Linux build in the near future.
