Lastly, even the "disturbing" conclusion - I don't think really is. We're not talking about humans. It's not different as if a mad scientist is building a robot or a frankenstein creature, and then falls in love with him/her. It's not a child, it's just called "son" by Lucius, but it's an adult under all points of view. It was just created by him, nothing else.
So I don't find it necessarily disturbing (it would be if Lucille was a robot that looked like a kid, in that case yes, but she's not) :)
And in the game it's not described as a sexual relationship but "romantic movie about love between robots", which could even be between a father and daughter. It says "a bond formed between us". Maybe Lucille was unaware of being built by Lucius.
As you see there are a lot of intepretations - I wanted to leave this vague on purpose :P But thanks for asking since it's an interesting theme indeed.
