Why is it not avaliable? Did you try to restart steam, since I haven't done any modification to the avaliavle areas yet.

I restarted steam multiple times and even used my browser and even different browsers i also asked some of my german friends they have the same problem.
It always says : "This item is currently unavaible in your region"

Lovely that Valve blocks games without informing developers and then even makes such blunders.

I suppose NavalArt was mistaken for Naval Battles Simulator by the way. The latter having a special package just for Germany. Though this would rather be mistaking the game's name than it's appID.

Is that confirmed? If the lock has been in effect for a long time, compensation from Valve should be appropriated for lost purchases.

And lifted on the 31st: https://steamdb.info/sub/263261/history/?changeid=7656460

That's a duration of 13 days, 22 hours, 30 minutes and 7 seconds of lost sales.

Rounded 20,070 minutes. Give the dev 1% of the game's selling price per minute.

1,322.61 € (Steam fees skipped). Is that adequate?
