What this game is missing...

I bought this game because I love the iPAD version. But the PC versions lacks all the great game modes. Maybe needs a name change like Geometry Wars: Retro Devolved.

The iPad version is actually a port of Geometry Wars 2. I actually much prefer the purity of the first one, but that's just me. Sadly, Bizarre Creations is gone, so the second one will probably never come to the PC.

Ahhhh to bad what a great game...Thanks for the news on the versions...I just thought it would have all the differents game modes like Waves ect...

That's what we all hoped :(. If you want to play full versions of Geometry Wars, you must got it on iPad or 360 (Geometry Wars 2 = Geometry Wars Touch, six game modes). It's one of those games that make me keep my almost useless 360.

By the way, I can't imagine playing it without double stick, so iPad version doesn't bring something interesting comparing to the 360 version.
