It's nice to see cheaters so comfortable they have high ranks and buy cosmetics.
It's heartwarming when dev teams extend a generous hand to blatant hackers by turning a blind eye to reports for so long that they can afford to buy and keep cosmetics! Even better when it's a group of 4 friends flaunting what they get away with by having multicolored usernames and using the least subtle cheats possible. I love it when their AK-47s and Mossenburgs invariably oneshot me from any range and blow my body back 50m like a Really Big Barrett. Don't you love it when cheater rank and cosmetics tell you no one is keeping up with reports, even if no one has the guts to say it?

Hi! Please report them in-game :) The support team is currently having a well deserved holiday but once they’re back they’ll be able to check our the reports and act on them.

Ah that explains why there has been an increase. Maybe we hadn't realized just how much work the devs put in to actually ban them as they arise. When they're not on vacation. I hope they come back rejuvenated and slam the hammer down on these cheating pieces of sheet.

There will come a point when the devs have spent as much money maintaining as they could have refactoring and patching :csgohelmet:

how? just break down the cost of running 1 photon server and reading reports vs developing the game along with the other stuff.

Sorry if I sounded rude, it's just a major pet peeve of mine when game companies keep public servers up but stop maintaining a basic level of cheating moderation with no communication as to what's going on.

we do have communication on what is going on, it’s nothing other than sifting through reports.
