Animal Jam - Play Wild! Won't Load

Whenever I open Animal Jam - Play Wild! On Steam it starts to load, but then says "Animal Jam - Play Wild! Has timed out. Returning to the login screen." Except when I try to click the 'OK' button, nothing happens.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still won't work.

When the game gets timed out, it can be few reasons:
One is that you played it on your mobile recently, whenever you try to go on the next device.
Two is that your account was into something, not quite sure is it, but maybe?
Three is that.. Well, if it does do that, maybe there is something wrong.

There is something wrong there, whenever it times out. But i wish to know why it does that..

Im not quite sure, you just should contact the HQ instead.

Well, I tried logging in recently, and it worked just fine. I don't know why it wasn't working before, or why it suddenly started working again, but everything seems to be fine now.
