The video above demonstrates at the 1:11 mark how quickly and easy the plates should be able to rotate. Mine do NOT rotate that easy. I also noticed it was worse if i changed it to just pointer cursor instead of the novel sword cursor. It felt like I was trying to move a tonne of bricks. I don't know what the variable is that causing mine not to rotate but it seriously even hurt my hand trying to do so. The inertia of the plates quickly stop to zero before you can even get one plate moving properly never mind god forbid two plates. I am not making this up. Can you please look into it. Thankyou. Was enjoying the game till I got to this mechanic.
1. Plates do not rotate easy. Even worse with target pointer.
2. Plates will stop rotating withing about two seconds.

I personally checked today this mini-game with system and "beautiful" cursor, on Casual and Expert mode - there was no problem at all.
You don't need to spin one plate for a long time - it reach it's maximum speed in a few seconds.
So, let's check sequence ones more:
1. Spin plates from a smaller one to a bigger one
2. Spin in right direction (see the spiral in center of the plate)
3. Release the mouse button once you spin the last one (may be that's the problem?)
P.S. Maybe you have low sensitivity of mouse pointer in System Preferences?
P.P,S If nothing helps, please, write to support[at]sungiftgames.com we'll resolve that problem anyway.
And the Achievements statistics aren't necessarily reliable. Many people use unlocking software.
After some try here and there I finally succeeded with it ( I actually needed 15 mins for it so is doable) and since I know how I felt when I couldnt do it, I feel the need to help a bit here.
1) First test each circle, see the ones you can spin easier and get a hand of it with the others a bit. Dont forget to rotate in the right direction, test it.
2) You cant just spin each circle once and succeed with it. You need to costantly tap each circle, so like you did all 8 but 2 stopped. Go fast on those 2 and keep doing this job. Sometime u see some circle close to the end, try to regain speed on that one before try the one that already stopped. (I found it easier to gain speed when the circle was at least moving a bit)
3) When doing the 2 point I found that the best way to gain speed was to click in the middle, start rotating there but then I would spin fast nearly outside the circle. Dont release the click untill u decide the spin is done.
Unfortunately isnt easy to explain with words....
1. make it clearer about the rules re: direction of swirl.
2. make animation of spins more reactive to mouse and more sensitive to mouse pull.
3. make selecting of wheels more obvious so you don't accidentally spin the wrong wheel (probably opposite way too).
4. make it skippable without losing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievement or offer alternative way to win.
5. make a 'power meter' for the spins so its easier to tell how the spins are going.
6. don't make trailers that pretend to show actual footage.
7. make your games more conducive to newer OS'. This chugs at very horrid times on Win 10 and i have a high-end gaming rig. (this wouldn't b ea problem if the puzzle wasn't so sensitive).
Wanted to play it tonight, but before starting it, I just checked the Achievements, and if all my friends got all the Ach. I was surprised to see that AlienM didn't get them All, as She usual do, so I came here to the discussion to see what was wrong, and now I'm sorry that I bought the game.
I wish I had checked this before buying it, since I wouldn't play a game that have a mini-game that is unsolvable, since it would hurt my scores.
Please Developer, fix this, or You'll loose more customer.
Its actually solvable without issues, just takes a bit of effort...
