Missing DLC Characters

I had just bought this game and wanted to play against a cpu and the deluxe edition content I had paid for isn't there. I checked my Jump Force DLC manager and it says that I have all the characters downloaded, but when I want to play a offline match they don't appear on my selection screen. Do I have to do missions to unlock them even though I had just bought the deluxe edition?

Well I do not own the pass, but I bought Katsuki and I could instantly play with him.
Maybe you have to play an online match before using the characters offline, but you do not need to do the mission as far as I know

same,I got deluxe edition and I haven't completed missions yet. I can't access DLCs and most of the non-DLC characters either. I guess we need to deal with missions first

I figured it out just do the tutorial at the base by selecting by which group to work with
