That's because that link is not official or sanctioned by the devs, users are not encouraged to try to circumvent the Steam store to get it early. We're just as exicted as you are to play it on Steam, but they're a little slower than we'd all prefer at making it live. Any bugs encountered on the non-official version that has been linked to on SteamDB previously won't be supported because it is unlikely those bugs will exist on the actual release version. :) If you'll hang tight a little bit longer, PMG is working with Steam to get this resolved ASAP.
Thanks!
The game is fully up on the store now, no workarounds are needed any longer. :) Install and start building your decks! :)
OK, great. Thank you. I downloaded the new client and I have the same problem. I want to play, but I can't. I checked my firewall setting on Windows 10, and this is good to go. I have no other problems with any other games.
I figured it out. The Russian government has banned many IPs to try to stop Telegram. So, the Russian government is blocking whatever IP you use for this game (although some people in Russia remain unaffected, most are). I fixed it by using a VPN.
Thanks Koba, I'd heard about that issue on another game I play, it's unfortunate that it's impacting so much. Glad you got around it though and can enjoy Adversaries!
