Physical copy of the game

I bought a physical copy of the game, but there's no CD key in the box so I can't add the game on my steam account as well. Why ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

How do you expect to add it wihtout the key?
Also, an physical copy not having a key sounds fishy. Are you sure it's original?

Yes, original copy of the game from an authorized retailer. It comes with the DVD and everything, it didn't requier any cd-key to be imput at the begining of the installation, but does requier the dvd to be inserted in order to play. I'll be glad if someone with a physical copy share his experience

No TR: Underworld on that list and without keys even, doesn't look promising.

Hell even the Steam version doesnt use Steam. So the retail version sure as shit isn't.

I have every Tomb Raider retail on disc except Angel of Darkness and the latest. None of them use a CD key.

60-70% of older single player games on Steam are just DRM free copies without steamworks which means two things, good (DRM free part which will make sailors or other laptop users without good internet access happy) and bad - no achievements, no Steam cloud, so be extra careful before uninstalling as many older titles store saved games in game directory.
