I'm trying to complete this mission with all of the achievements but I think it's damn near impossible - even with the extra $$$ head start. I'm able to achieve a passenger train exchange between Chicago and Milwaukee but I'm having to constantly run into debt problems with the time constraint. By the time I have enough money to begin building a production infrastructure, the light blue company has completely taken over those raw materials. And even if I could get that, I would have enough time to accomplish all 3 of those production objectives for Chicago, Green Bay and Marinette.

Is there a YouTube video of somebody being able to accomplish all of these objectives?

I'm playing the same mission at the moment.
I started with connecting St.Paul. So the light blue one did nothing for several months.
I got the production objectives too. But look at the goals!?! Meat, Wood, weed and steel!!
It's just a side quest with 300 experience points.
For myself, I ignored it.

Yea, I just finished it and it seemed pretty rough to get all cities completed in time. I completed only Chicago just before the timer ran out and ended the game with slightly over 10 company value. I kind of just let the last couple years run out and let a few million pile up in my bank.

It probably helped a little bit that this AI didn't move their trains the rest of the game when they got a traffic jam because I sent a train on their line:

Adekyn did complete all 3 towns with about 200 days left. He had about 60 trains running with basically unlimited money. The 300 XP objective turns into 4 other side quests worth 1500 XP for growing the towns.

What pisses me off in this mission is the fact that purple AI completely occupied surroundings of Chicago before you can even get here, and his railroad system is so bad no one would ever wants to use it. So I basically need to build my own rail system around Chicago to deliver required materials, and existing rails is getting in my way. And finally, purple AI doesn't upgrade his stations so it leaves you without even acess to connect to some stations directly - you could do it only by connecting to AI's rails somewhere near the station, and you just can not make it sustainable two-way railroad system. God, I wish there would be an option to buy-out AI's stations or invest in them to upgrade.

Also there is huge difference between completing mission first and second time, just because second time you will get your system prepared for this particular ecent. On my first playthrough I was focused(as I was told by npc at the start of the mission) on producing jackets and furniture and I was expected that some of the urgent mission goals will be focused on that products but hey, why won't you suddenly deliever huge amount of food to the part of the map that completely occupied by other corporation? Also we have told you to ignore metalurgy at the start of the game, so please now produce and deliver a hundred vagons of steel ingots...
