Report a translation problem
I'm playing the same mission at the moment.
I started with connecting St.Paul. So the light blue one did nothing for several months.
I got the production objectives too. But look at the goals!?! Meat, Wood, weed and steel!!
It's just a side quest with 300 experience points.
For myself, I ignored it.
(May1876:my company is worth over 4 Millions, the second about 2, the third about 1,3)
It probably helped a little bit that this AI didn't move their trains the rest of the game when they got a traffic jam because I sent a train on their line:
