Rescuing Rissa from the "Forest Camp/Cabin"

Has anyone been able to find "the old cabin in the burned woods" to the south of Berg, or the "forest camp to the south of Enmerkar, near the stone steps?" I'm on the Blue Chamber Collective quest to rescue Rissa. Can't find these 2 places for the life of me, though I'm 95% certain that the "stone steps" are the long stone staircase up to the Pylon to the South East of Berg.

I'm sure you already found it but:

Rissa is in a cabin SW of the burning tree. Looks like a bandit camp but fire beasts are there.

The Mercenary leader is west of the burning tree. On the map you'll see a road west of the burning tree, go to that, there are steps and south of those steps should be a single dude with a camp/fire setup.

Sorry for bringing this post back to life but I'm on the same quest, and Rissa is nowhere to be found in this cabin. Is she supposed to spawn in the cages or something?
