Ravenport central grain elevator issue
Accepted a contract to harvest corn on the ravenport map with the central grain elevator the designated drop point. I leased vehicles as im early game and dont even have a corn harvester. The provided transporter was a semi with a 2 compartment trailer. The first compartment emptied but the second one i could never unload it, I tried for almost 30 minutes, eventually i ended up getting the trailer stuck to such a degree I couldnt even free it. I ended up abandoning the contract that was worth 28k. Another side issue is that semi's with big trailers will end up with the drive wheels off the ground and be unable to move detaching and reattaching the trailer repeatedly is required to get the trailer down from the unload station.

A fix to the unload trigger not triggering and the reduction in the steepness of the ramps would be super helpfull, especially early game when players are looking for contracts and cant afford to abandon them due to an unfortunate leased vehicle set (or simply skip them altogether because prior encounters with non triggering unloads and stuck vehicles)

Those trailers with 2 compartments you need to press Y (default button) to change the grain tipping from the front or back.

U is the key to switch compartments.

Yes, U is the default key to switch between front and back compartments. But still, various contracts supply that truck and trailer combo which I find is impossible to get in and out of the central grain unload point with any degree of skill, all unload points can get you stuck because of the ramps. Last time I had to go get a tractor to push it off enough for the truck's drive wheels to gain traction again. It makes me wonder if the designer/developer of the unload points actually play the game to see how good or bad an idea having ramps is. I think its a stupid idea to have ramps exactly when you need full control over a heavy load at low speed.

The only minor trouble I've had at the sell points is with the long tippers. I have to watch and make sure the front of the tipper doesn't go too high. The trailers that dump out the bottom or have a belt to push it out the back give no problems, and the ramps are not a problem.

When it comes to selling stuff at Central Grain Elevator, i used a nice trick to avoid that high and narrow ramp.

It goes like so:
Buy 1x Haulmaster (i bought mine as 70.000L capacity). Once at Central Grain Elevator, park the trailer just right of the sell spot, as close to the ramp as possible (facing West). Once positioned, unpack the auger pipe. The auger pipe goes directly over the sell area and when hooked to the PTO generator (tractor or truck), any crop in the auger wagon will start to unload and sell at Central Grain Elevator.

This will avoid driving up to that steep and narrow ramp. Downsides are the issue of filling Haulmater with desirable crop (if you leave it parked there) and auger wagons can only hold grain crops. Oh, 70.000L Haulmaster also costs €105.000.

I had issues using the Rondon sugarcane tipper. Got it in/out/stuck dozens of times trying to find a spot which could accept sugarcane.. Didn't find one, though I think I have before. Was able to tip successfully at the southern rail station, which is similar drive-through, but has a higher roof and slightly wider intake grate. Ultimately gave up using tipper at Central Grain Elevator and used the long Krampe trailer instead, which has a belt unload.

Decrease the amount you haul, the truck will be easier to control as the weight deceases.

Because of how the reset works in this game, I recommend keeping a super strength mod handy.
PhysX based physics aren't the most reliable, and having the option to be hands on by forcefully correcting it is required.
Otherwise you are back to the FS 2013 way of doing things, we had a heavy vehicle that we used for ramming and banging stuff around, but reseting never cost us the cargo though.
