Slow Motion, constantly?

So, I can run this game perfectly fine, graphically, audibly, whathave you. But it's just so slow, even on the lower settings. It's aggrivating, and ruins the immersion of the game for me.

Well I've once upon a time experienced this, but turning down the graphics fixed it, experiment.

I had that problem too, but I did the same thing I had to do with Deus Ex 3 : Director's Cut (slow as hell while no trouble with the regular version, with a NVidia)
