Finally the testing og the new version begins! :-)

Worth to mention features:
  • Added personal cars mechanics
  • Added production line factory for road vehicles
  • Possibility to export on custom houses brand new road vehicles
  • New path finding algorithm - no more 4x distance and it's faster than old one
  • New vehicles, locomotives, vagons and trams
  • Added city hall, which can enable statistics of economy or citizens per city/area
  • Added hotkey/shortcut bar
  • Faster auto search function for construction office


Quick guide for personal cars
if citizens own the car, instead walking distance building, he will check also all reachable parking lots from parking where is his car located. You can check reachable parking lots from parking window and hover over icon with car.
So you need both parking lots near residential buildings and also parking lots near target buildings (factories, shops, etc)
You can get cars to citizens directly via parking lots, just purchase there cars and set params for owner and they will get assigned, or you can use Car dealer, you can purchase there cars and they will get distributed to citizens, which have parking lot available near their home - you can check all those parking lots by hover over the car icon in right top corner of car dealer window

Quick guide for production line factory
After you bring workers, engineers and resources to production line. You need to license the blueprint to manufacture a vehicle. If you purchase one of vehicle from family, like IFA covered truck, other IFA truck you can license cheaper.
You can set blueprint to production, after new vehicle is done, it will get stored in internal storage. You can extend this storage by purchase of "spaces for vehicles" building, after production line storage will be filled, new vehicles will be placed there. You need connect this storage with factory by "factory connection".
You can load finished vehicles into truck or train with ability to load another vehicles on the flatbed/hull. You can load those vehicles and transport them to
A) Custom house - to sell it for full price (quick sell via trash icon sell vehicle for 65-70% of its value)
B) Workplace where the vehicle is needed (like to construction office) or Car dealer
C) Storage building (space for vehicles)
or you can even open window of stored vehicle and you can send it to depot or any other workplace via "change depot or workplace" icon

Quick guide for hot key bar
If you have any tool active like any building, or road, rail etc, you can click with this tool to bar located bellow top panel.
Then you can access this tool by pressing key 1,2,3...9,0
You have available total 10 sets each with 10 slots, You can switch the set by F1/F2
You can maximize the hot key bar by pressing on plus icon, and get additional functionality like remove assignment of tool to slots

Quick guide for city hall
If you build in the city/area the city hall, you will get stats about city/area when you click on city hall building or city/area window
You need in city hall at least 50% workers to show the stats

Know issues
  • missing production line for train and vagons - sorry not catched this yet
  • collision problems of personal cars

this is indeed a huge update & alot of work went into it. Thanks.
Update is really cool but within the production building, I often see that the production percentage is 0%, even if the building has everything it needs (and says "operating without issues").

Anyone else having this issue?

Regarding Hotkey function, are they also assignable to city areas ? Would be very helpful when trying to find those areas, rather then having to scroll all over the map.
There is one little thing that annoys me ... the smoke of the clothing plant comes out of the 1st floor. I'm always think its on fire.

i love car parks - however in real life - there is muilt story car parks for busy places also on street parking as well

Both type of workers are present.

You mean wanted vehicles. I wonder why the ZiU-9 has a 570 L tank for fuel and why it needs to refuel at a gas station. Also, the lights need fixing. Other than that, it looks nice.

One more thing: The car Skoda 1000 MB is the latest model - 1969. I would prefer the 1964 model, with the large rear window. It looks better (and by pure coincidence, I have one in my garage).
Does anyone has this problem? I built some of that new stuff. But when i tried to reload the gmae later, this happened

Most refueling vehicles IRL do not have the ability to refuel themselves from their transport tanks.
It's really an excellent update, but I'm afraid that this update has just bugged the chain signal, which would cause trains to stop at a blue signal without reason. Sometimes trains could even select a wrong way to enter. (for example an occupied rail in a steel mill rather than the empty one)
Others all seem to be OK. Again thank you for this major update.
