Unfortunatly this game does not seem to have the option of using 'developer mode' cheats like 2016 did, to my knowledge.
You could use a trainer from mtantifun or cheathappens.com (membership required) play the game and get the 'cheat disks' then mix-match different ones like unlimited lives, sentinel armor, etc.
Point being, you could (at best) try some of the commands from Doom 16. Or ask the console to list the commands to see what works. You should know how to do that.
What you do with your game is not my business. All I'm telling you is why you can't access them. There is a work-around out there I saw once. But these types of things are shady and used at your own risk. GL
For the most part, you can lower the difficulty and/or use the cheat codes they gave you and do just about anything you want. less maybe a noclip. Oddly you can use the cheats on the last map you played that will make the next map easier.
There are a total of 14 cheats, of those, I use maybe 5 and thats only for go backs for extra lives, missed items or weapon mastery. Things that seem hidden are not you can gain access to them with ease. I don't know how many runs you've made, but I'm over 10. Now I'm better able to pick and choose what and when I upgrade or what path I take.
I'm not hard to find, if you get stuck, I'll throw you a bone.
