Unlocking an already unlocked Merc
I have the Bonesaw guy unlocked already but I have another character that has a PC that the merc unlock is the bonesaw guy. Does anything happen or since I already have him unlocked the guy just leaves with no reward.

You will gain the normal retirement reward of +1 Prosperity.
You should also unlock a random scenario and a random item design in place of the Saw character
